and project management background including design and construction of
bridges, railroad trestles, retaining walls, culverts, tunnels,
industrial facilities and office buildings.
Tanya Nakhimovsky, MSCE, PE Thirty years of strong experience in
structural/civil engineering and project management for improvement and
reconstruction of various facilities including buildings, roads,
viaducts, retaining walls, utilities, container terminals and container
handling equipment.
Micah Morrison, MSCE, PE Seven years of structural engineering
experience in analysis and design of bridges, water treatment facilities
and other structures, in addition to site engineer's experience.
Andrew Walters BSME, PE Licensed Septic System Designer Nineteen years
of experience in mechanical engineering and construction management,
including facility design, septic system design and installation and
