SCOPE OF WORK
GV Engineering LLC. (GV)  GV provides design and consulting engineering services for cold-formed steel roof truss, floor and wall panel projects, from residential housing to large multi-story buildings.  Special attention is given to bracing and lateral load transfer framing details with alternatives developed to simplify component fabrication/installation and to reduce the overall weight of materials and project costs without compromising any building code requirements.  This project included unique long-span scissor trusses, girder trusses and load bearing walls with X-bracing for lateral load transfer.
