COMMERCIAL BUILDING, WINCHESTER NEW HAMPSHIRE

SCOPE OF WORK
Working with the Owner and Contractor, GV Engineering, LLC. (GV), provided an assessment of the partially constructed wood frame building and analyzed the load bearing walls, pre-engineered trusses, lateral load resisting system and roof structure.  GV designed the retrofit details to complete the commercial building construction in compliance with all applicable building code requirements and presented the design to local authorities for approval.
